My typical week now is Monday: 46 hour mountain ride, usually in the Santa Ana Mountains, Wednesday: 55mile group road ride, Thursday: Fullerton Loop group ride, Saturday: 45 hour mountain ride.What adjustments have you made in your training as you have gotten older?
